I was honoured when Ashlee asked me to take her maternity photos. Although the weather was against us on or original date we were set to go for a rain date. It turned out to be a gorgeous evening. We met at her Grandparents farm, and I was thrilled to see some rustic wood sheds, lots of grass and a big barn as I pulled in.
Ashlee's grandpa thought we were crazy taking pictures by the barns. You should have heard his laugh when we told him we posed in front of an old broken truck way in his back field.
He thought I was nuts! hahahahaha
Ashlee and Jerrad were outstanding - never complaining as I dragged them through the fields, near the poison ivy and even to the old wreck. Since poor Ashlee is pregnant she didn't have any bug spray and wow the mosquitos feasted on her. But she was a trooper and never complained, that's a country girl! Here's some photos from their session. Baby Blake should be making his big debut any day now!
